About
My name is CJ. I’m a Sydney-based product designer with a background in business management, customer service, floristry, and now, digital design.
I bring a curious, human-centred lens to everything I create, from complex subscription flows to playful brand experiences.
I’ve worked across industries like health, education, fashion, and FMCG, with clients including ResMed, Zero Co, Nere, Strandbags, Academy Brand, Box of Books, Titan 22, Retailr, Auto One, Antidote, and MYO Drinks (Bevie).
At MindArc, I led end-to-end design for e-commerce platforms, mobile-first services, and B2B tools. This included a school procurement portal, a pitch platform, and a custom Shopify-integrated app. I focus on aligning business goals with user needs to deliver intuitive and scalable design systems.
I’m a problem-solver at heart, equally comfortable digging into research, running workshops, or crafting high-fidelity prototypes. My approach blends systems thinking, strong design craft, and collaboration to help teams navigate ambiguity and ship meaningful experiences.
Whether I’m refining an interaction or mentoring a junior designer, I believe design should make things easier, clearer, and more enjoyable for users, teams, and businesses alike.

Outside of design
On weekends, you’ll usually find me at the flower market, exploring op shops for mid-century homewares, or experimenting in the kitchen. I love arranging flowers for friends’ weddings and my own space, and I’m always on the hunt for good food, whether it's a new local spot or a home-cooked recipe. You can check out some of my floral work at @eucalypts_.
